Come back often as new information and links will be added all the time. Ignorance of what Lyme Disease is, and what it can do, if not diagnosed and treated properly, can cause much pain and suffering. Our son Zachary contracted Lyme and several co-infections back in 2011 while going to school in Massachusetts. What this disease has done to him over the last six years, we would not wish on anyone. Our son has had to experience multiple hospitalizations, painful medical procedures over the course of years before we found a Doctor who finally discovered what was happening to him. There is a great deal of ignorance about tick born disease in the medical community! Thankfully, Zachary was finally diagnosed in the Fall of 2017 with Lyme Disease and Babesiosis and is now getting treated. After years of unanswered questions and heart wrenching struggles, our son and our Family now have Hope. Although our son cannot recover the lost years due to his disease, we hope and pray he may fully recover and be able to live a life filled with purpose and service. We implore all who may suspect that their child may be having any kind of health or behavior issues to make sure Lyme is not what their child has. This disease is VERY PREVALENT BUT TOO OFTEN MISDIAGNOSED! Early diagnosis is very important! PARENTS PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR CHILD TELLS YOU HE OR SHE IS FEELING! We implore parents to pay attention to their children and be aware that what happened to our son could be happening to their own child if they are displaying any of the signs and symptoms listed below.
We hope and pray that this humble website may be of help to you and your Loved Ones during your journey with Lyme. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Be merciful to me, Lord, for I am in distress; my eyes grow weak with sorrow, my soul and body with grief. But I trust in you, Lord; I say, “You are my God.” My times are in your hands.

Ally Hilfiger Describes the Journey Untreated Lyme Patients Endure...
Lyme disease is a bacterial infection primarily transmitted by Ixodes ticks, also known as deer ticks, and on the West Coast, black-legged ticks. These tiny arachnids are typically found in wooded and grassy areas. Although people may think of Lyme as an East Coast disease, it is found throughout the United States, as well as in more than sixty other countries. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimate that 300,000 people are diagnosed with Lyme disease in the US every year. If Lyme disease is not diagnosed and treated early, the spirochetes can spread and may go into hiding in different parts of the body. Weeks, months or even years later, patients may develop problems with the brain and nervous system, muscles and joints, heart and circulation, digestion, reproductive system, and skin. Symptoms may disappear even without treatment and different symptoms may appear at different times.
